EASY ACCESS We're super proud of the Citizen's sleek frame design. With an arcing top tube for the "Men's" frames and S-bend top and down tubes for a super-low step-through "Women's" version. In fact, we hesitate to designate either with gender specific labels because the version with the easy-access, low step-over top tube is suitable for anyone with limited hip flexibility who might be challenged to swing a leg over the rear wheel when mounting & dismounting. EASY ON THE NECK & BACK A usual complaint from new or returning riders trying to get into the cycling groove is feeling uncomfortably perched forward with too much weight on their wrists and having to crank their necks backwards just to be able to see in traffic. We specifically designed our Citizens to remedy this. The large diameter 700c wheels push handlebar height up and shorter top tubes pull handlebars closer to the saddle, all to mitigate forward lean. Our 4-inch rise handlebars sweep back at a natural hand-grasp angle with a long-quilled or angle-adjustable stem that allows for a wide range of adjustment to tune handle bar height and reach perfectly for each ride. GEARED TO GO The shifting systems on all our Citizens feature long cage rear derailleurs, full-size 48/38/28T triple-chainring cranksets (single 44t chainring for Citizen base model) and big 11-32T or 14-34T gearing in the back. This gives you the dual advantage of having fairly tall gears for controlled pedaling at speed on descents as well as really low gearing for easier pedaling uphill. It's a rider-friendly combination that's made the Citizens a perennial favorite of recreational cyclists.

Fewer pieces mean fewer interfaces, greater rigidity, and a lower chance of something working loose. Always have the most-used tools close at hand for quick tweaks. INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING Occam has our latest, fully internal cable routing, using silicon plugs at the frame entry and exit points and clever conduits linking the front and rear triangle so your cables are fully protected. ASYMMETRICAL DESIGN Instead of using a less-efficient "shock tunnel", the Occam offsets the shock to the left side of the frame, allowing the right-side support to be more central and more efficiently deal with the suspension forces acting on the front triangle. This solution enables us to tune the stiffness of this high-stress area without adding unnecessary weight. THE ASYMMETRIC/OFFSET DESIGN OFFERS UNIQUE ADVANTAGES BEYOND STIFFNESS AND LOW WEIGHT. Avoiding an interrupted seat tube gives more space for dropper posts plus improves access to the shock controls. Additionally, the tidy design leaves room for a water bottle with easy left-side access.

SEAT TUBE Using a shorter seat tube, with a slightly more relaxed angle, allows the 27,2mm seat post to flex more. Additionally Terra has material removed from the seat tube near the bottom bracket to carefully tune the rigidity. Both these design features optimise vibration absorption and vertical compliance. TERRA FORK The Terra fork uses a robust crown, rounded blade profile and longer fork legs plus our best OMR carbon monocoque construction to offer the best combination of comfort, tire clearance and torsional stiffness. MULTI MOUNTING SYSTEM Terra comes equipped with mounting points for fenders and three water bottles. LOCKR Our Carbon frame offers a storage area inside the downtube, hidden behind the water bottle cage, where there is space for the tube, pump or CO2 cartridge, as well as a selection of tools. Everything is easy to get and securely stored with space for a snack, or your car keys. ERGONOMICS Terra offers more control on dirt and increases stamina. FRAME DESIGN Starting with a wide and consistent stack and reach range, we set out to design a frame that could handle your everyday city life. Commuting year round in mother nature's worst conditions or hitting up a dirt trail the Sequel will make it happen and maintain a comfortable ride. As you start to review the geo chart you'll noticed we have 2 different fork offsets, 3 different BB drops and rear center measurements. Add size specific tubing and you have what we feel is the perfect fit for all sized riders. The reason for this custom geometry is to give you the best fit and the most comfort possible. MORE MOUNTS To make life easier we have positioned each mount externally in a variety of easy-to-use locations. With a wide collection of fork and frame mounts you can now choose to mount fenders, rear carrier, low-rider front carrier (or two cages for water bottles/ storage) and three front triangle water bottles.
