Refinements of Alma’s World Cup Geometry reflect the evolution of elite racing. A slacker head angle provides stability on increasingly demanding tracks. The use of a steeper seat angle and lower stack height increase the bike's handling precision and pedaling efficiency. To account for external forces on the frame under the rider’s weight—cornering stresses or vibration from impacts—Orbea created a natural flex point by adding a bend in the top tube.
