Many bicycles will not shift or track properly because the front and rear wheels are not in line with the frame. If these conditions still exist after wheel and derailleur adjustments, the seat stays, chain stays, and rear drop outs of the frame may be misaligned. For years the accepted method to check the alignment of the rear drop-out was to run a string on either side. This method does work to some extent. However, it is not accurate because the measurement is not taken at the drop-out. With the Park Tool Frame Alignment Gauge, the alignment can be checked quickly and accurately at the drop-out. The 2197 is an add-on accessory for the Park Tool DT-5 and DT-5.2 Disc Brake Mount Facing Set to enable easier and more efficient facing of disc brake mounts on carbon fiber frames. Features a brazed-on diamond grit surface that is over 100 times more durable and effective on carbon fiber than the cutter included with the DT-5.2. The 2197 sits between the cutter of the DT-5.2 and the brake mount, and smoothly and evenly grinds the mounting surface until it is flat and properly perpendicular to the rotor. NOTE: The 2197 is intended for facing carbon fiber only. Aluminum, steel, and titanium disc brake mounts should be faced using the #2171 facing cutter included with the DT-5.2. For carbon frames that feature aluminum inserts (with a carbon/aluminum hybrid mounting surface), use the #2197. When machining carbon fiber, regularly apply water (or a similar solution) to the cutting surface.

Disc brake rotors should be regularly checked for wear to ensure safety and performance. The DCA-1 installs onto most digital, dial, or vernier calipers (including the Park Tool DC-1) and features protruding contact points that allow measurement of the center of the braking surface, bypassing the unworn edge to ensure an accurate measurement. The conical end points of the DCA-1 can be used to measure center-to-center distances of bolt holes for calculating bolt circle diameter (BCD) of chainrings and cranks. - Compatible with most standard vernier, dial, and digital caliper designs

The BBT-4 is made for the installation and removal of 6-notch SC-S and AC-H cartridge cups used on sealed cartridge bottom brackets. These bottom brackets have six notches around the outside of each cup. The handle of the BBT-4 is vinyl coated for comfort. The major diameter of the tool is nominally 44mm, and the minor diameter 38mm.
